Ultimate Game is the outcome of founders Rob Hudson and Bob Stott’s joint obsession with releasing potential from within the businesses they grew up in.
Having met in the early 1980’s they set out on parallel journeys in search for better and better ways of stimulating growth of the value everyone brings to the world.
They have constantly found themselves challenging “conventional wisdom” and anything and everything that stands in the way of individuals making an amazing and unique contribution. For they recognised the simple fact that we all thrive when we are engaged in a common purpose endeavours. Endeavours which we can all get behind and be proud of.

We believe the single most powerful feature of any business is the power of the teams within it.
No matter how experienced and valuable an external transformation stimulus can be, a business has everything it needs to transform other than the transformation process itself, plus the necessary independent challenge to avoid stagnation.
All that is needed is to harness an internal abundance of natural enthusiasm for growth and adaptation, connect this with interaction with the chosen audience, and combined this with stimulation and inspiration from the wider business environment.
That despite having an abundance of resources there is value in having external challenge and help with ensuring the natural transformation process has the space to breathe. Businesses, like individuals, sometimes hit the doldrums and run out of motivation and need external stimulus.
In today’s world’s exponential growth in connective technologies, business transformation has become synonymous with a strategic decision to switch games from surviving to thriving.
This happens when every participant in a business’s value exchanges result in mutual resonance and deep, meaningful and trusted connection. In contrast, those businesses which are merely surviving, or declining, the net sum of all their internal and external experiences are neutral or dissonant.
We see the evidence that a business is thriving in the resonant connections created between a business’s customers, contributors, suppliers and community stakeholders. If you walk around a transformative business, you can feel the buzz in every individual and team interaction.
A thriving modern enterprise creates a wonderful opportunity for individuals to grow and find meaning in their contribute to society.
